I would love to see a guidl wars chat client that goes on cell phones and on computers. So guild wars members will me able to communicate even out of the game

If you're good enough friends with people in game that you want to talk to them out of game just give them your cell phone number or your aim, icq, or msn address. Not to mention irc.

Since a lot of people do what I said above (especially irc). I really don't think this is needed.

Weren't NCSoft supposed to bringing in voice chat into all their MMOs by the end of this year, and also that it would work across different games?

According to the links I just looked at, both Dungeon Runners and Tabula Rasa will have it.

Edit: oops... OP meant out of the game, reading comprehension ftl on my part there.
